I am so happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend..i cant say enough about how pleased i am with my hair.. i felt welcomed and came out feeling Amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Its taken me so long to finally find a hairdresser with such high skills.

It was by chance I had the pleasure of sitting with Liane and Chloe today with great conversation and amazing service. I walked in with a disaster of a head and walked out with a crown. I can't thank Chloe enough for the master piece. Thanks again ladies, I'll be back for sure.

For ten long years I was in a desperate search to find the right hair stylist for me. I had tried them all, and none of them could truly offer that top level experience for guys I was looking for. In 2015, just as I was about to give up, I received a recommendation from a good friend to give Liane a shot. I’m so glad I did because six years later I still look forward to seeing Liane and her amazing team. The attention to detail is exemplary and Liane always knows exactly what direction to take my hair despite my vague instruction. Whether I just want it trimmed back or a whole new restyle, The Loft is true hair artistry.

Having been a couple of times , and happy with cut , I felt I to be honest about a couple of events that left me feeling ... I should have said something to Leanne!As I had been previously, I thought it would be ok to give the discount without my loyalty card which I’d forgotten but not the case .But to my sadness , I took my 7 year old granddaughter to get her haircut by Leanne.... her hair was not even washed and $60 was for me TO MUCH for a 7 year old and not even washed..I dislike giving bad reviews but I feel maybe I should have mentioned something on my last visit .Didnt want bad feeling but I haven’t been back due to the over price for 7 year granddaughter, never given discount due to my fault of loyalty card forgotten BUT have been a few times .I wrote this review about three years ago and not one response from the owner. I noticed only positive reviews get a response which to me doesn’t show professional service. In London where I’m originally from and frequented Vidal Sassoon , Molton Brown etc and if a customer was unhappy with their service , some form of acknowledgment was observed and a call back to amend . I also worked at Ricci Burns and many famous people went there . Some customers were happy , others not but Ricci corrected his errors . It doesn’t matter if your a celebrity or not , negative feedback should be amended and at least acknowledge.

I wish I could give Libby more stars! My sister and I had the best experience today.The salon is so gorgeous and cosy too.Thank you! <3
