super happy with my haircut! $85 for a women's hair wash and cut, Yuya was very gentle and friendly. definitely felt like I could relax since I felt I was in good professional hands. he cut my hair accurately to the photo I showed him, very happy with his work. the decor was also very beautiful with a modern Japanese style interior, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back.

Overall, I am dissatisfied with the outcome of my haircut. I received minimal guidance on what style would suit me best, and as a result, my hair looks nearly identical to my previous cut, just shorter.Adding to my frustration, this morning I noticed that there are still some areas that were not properly trimmed. The difference is noticeable, and it has left me thoroughly disappointed. This entire experience has been far from satisfactory, and I have no intention of returning. Regrettably, it feels like a complete waste of money. Thank you.

I have good experience with this hair salon located at Hay St right in the centre of Perth CBD. The name of the salon is Hair Collection Tokyo.The stylist Erika from Japan is friendly and professional. She knows the hair style that suit you well. She patiently asked my preferences before cutting my hair. The ambient of the salon is modern and comfortable as well. I will definitely be back.

Really nice team here.Paige and Yasu are who we normally go to, very professional and friendly.They take the time to listen to you, and give genuine advice.They are very popular, so make sure to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance.

Went today(03.05.23) for a head spa.The service was always nice since I started going there but don't know what happened this time.The girl called Y who did hair spa seemed somewhat irritated when I first reached there.From there on,the experience wasn't great.At the end of hair spa session casually asked If I could get hair cut next time to which she rudely said No.They always used to give water and candies after the session but didn't offer me anything from the past 2-3 visits.Seems they didn't want me to visit there again.Naturally didn't book next session with them and maybe not again in future.

Really happy with my new short hair and colour.It's so easy to maintain, when I used to get short hair elsewhere my hair always look crazy the next morning, but not with the short hair this time.I’m also really happy with the service. This is my second time here and I even recommended my friends. Last time I got a head massage when they wash my hair. it was great and it was the whole reason I like this place and keep coming back. But this time I got nothing. Not quite sure what the Treatment means to be. It was an extra $40 for nothing because I'm not even sure if they did it for me. I got my hair washed, I got my hair cut, and it was an hour in total. But my appointment should be an hour and 30 mins? I will recommend the hair cut but not the treatment. Staffs are gentle like always.
