I think the photos are enough of a review- this is after I paid for a full head of foils.Edit: I have tried to get in contract with Nicole about getting a refund (as instructed by Consumer Affairs) but she had blocked me on all social media platforms including my mobile number. I finally got in contact with her to ask for a refund instead of having my hair re done but she seems to think that her policy over rules Consumer Affairs. She ended up hanging up on me mid conversation once I had told her I would have to escalate the issue and lodge a formal complaint.This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to.I would avoid at all cost.
