If someone make an appointment and you guys confirm that appointment, you should inform the customer that they need to reschedule the appointment rather then surprising them with cancellation on their arrival. It could have been understandable in emergency situations but I was presented with unusual excuses Which is very rude and unprofessional. That happened second time that’s why I’m posting this review. Nothing personal just a honest review.
