I walked in on the off chance of getting an appointment and was lucky to be offered a previously cancelled time. I walked out with one of my best haircuts ever and feeling totally relaxed. Thank you Anne-Marie for your skill and friendly conversation

I phoned a head to arrange an order. So i didnt have to wait for long.I went to the door - found it was locked. Waited 5 minutes for someone to notice me.When i got in, neither of the two ladies i met knew why i came in or what i was in there for.She had to wait for a third person to come from out the back and help me.When it came to to pay - there was no pricing on the stock. So the trainee was racing between the two other staff members to get an answer.Honestly, put the price tags on items and work on your communication between the team. It was a very choatic experience.

Always a beautiful job from these ladies, fabulous hairdressers .. Denika knows my hair so well, I walk out feeling like a celebrity, feeling pampered and leaving with luscious hair . I highly recommend AOT.

Really disappointed, went in today to get tape in extensions installed, got sat down and told they don’t do the brand that I have , they only use a specific brand because the hairdresser didn’t want to cut them as she didn’t know how to cut blunt extensions and didn’t want to ruin my tapes , which I find ironic considering it is hair and they are a hair dresser, it’s really frustrating because in the communication I had with them I told them I’d be bringing in extensions, I’ve been waiting for this appointment for weeks, they could of told me before hand so I could book elsewhere. I’ve never in all my many years of getting tape ins have experienced a hair dresser refuse to install extensions because they don’t know how to use a different brand. Was such a waste of time and makes me very uncomfortable to ever go back if they don’t know how to cut hair.EDIT; in reply to your comment , I have messaged the brand that I purchased them from and they have stated any hairdresser will be able to cut them. I understand about the new team member however I had messaged a few times as my appointment was canceled originally and had stated I would be bringing my own. I’ve just never experienced it before that’s all, all hair dressers in Perth have been able to install extensions and trim them. The person you referred me to does not do extensions. I just think maybe be aware of what your new team are booking and keep an eye on messages throughout the week as I said I had messaged about this a few times. Thanks

My Wife says this Hair Stylist is very friendly and helpful. The quality of their work is fantastic. The place looks like a Hollywood Movie Setup. But prices are reasonable. My Wife recommends that this is a place is Ideal for anyone. The Staff are very friendly. Thanks from Sheryl and Myself

Anne Marie and her highly trained team are my go to for all colour, cuts and styling. Professional on all levels, I have been with this hairstylist for over 10 years. Anne Marie's experience and training is unparalleled in the Goldfields. Cannot recommend these guys enough .
