Once I found Skye, the owner of Ladylox...I was home. Found my forever salon & forever stylist. Nobody else is allowed to touch my hair. I had gone to many of the so called best places in town, most were sub-par, disappointing & ridiculously over priced. At Ladylox I got exactly what I wanted, didn't get my hopes up only to have them dashed, instead my expectations were blown out of the water, the colour was perfect (I'm talking brassy home dye/covid job to a clean, cool, creamy blonde in one appointment & didn't break the bank or my hair) Sky goes out of her way to accommodate her clients, even during the busiest times of the year. Fully booked over Xmas period but I had an emergency...my extensions were falling out & I had a very important NY's Eve date fast approaching...Skye is like a freakin' superhero, she squeezed me in at the last minute & made sure I wasn't looking ratchet for my midnight countdown kiss...I know my hair will be on point in 2023 because I have a secret weapon and her name is Skye. Ladylox makes me feel like family and you can totally be yourself there, cheaper than a therapist & always leave with a bounce in my step as well as my hair. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, 100% highest recommendation. Love Skye & love Ladylox. ❤️

I cannot recommend Lady Lox enough from the moment you walk into the salon you are instantly welcomed into a relaxing clean calming atmosphere where there is absolutely no pressure what so ever!All of the girls are super friendly and my stylist Abbi is incredible at what she does - I always walk out feeling so refreshed and loving my colour! Nothing is ever too much to ask and it’s the first salon I have ever felt truly happy when I walk out. Abbi is very talented and works her magic on my hair every single time I wouldn’t see anyone else now. The prices are super reasonable and you get what you pay for which is simply great colour work, a relaxing experience and good quality products used to create amazing results. I went from brunette or blonde in only 2-3 sessions and each step of the way my hair was kept in exceptional condition and never left feeling unsure about the interim colours. I cannot speak highly enough about this salon because they actually care about you and you are not just a number!Do yourself a favour and see lady lox for all your hairdressing needs!

I have been visiting Skye at lady lox for years now! I started seeing Skye when she was a salon at home. It is amazing to see her thrive at a beautiful salon which really showcases her incredible skills! There is no hairstyle or colour Lady Lox haven't been able to do for me. I always walk out of their salon super happy. Not only are they fantastic hairdressers, they are also the most lovely and welcoming! Please do yourself a favour and book in at Lady Lox.

As a new person to the area, was seeking a new local salon. The booking experience was easy breezy and fine. Walked into the salon to get my hair done for my birthday and was met by a lady that couldn't even fake a smile to welcome me. I asked her how she was and she didn't answer me and instead abruptly asked what I wanted done with my hair...she was abrasive, cold and short. This left me wondering what I was doing here.I felt extremely disappointed and uncomfortable to the point that I told her I wasn't feeling like I could continue to start the appointment and she said that was strange as if she had no idea why I was not feeling it.She said she will happily refund my money and I can be on my way.She then stormed out the back and got a colleague to tell me that I will get a refund. She then stormed back to the front t and said the refund has been processed and I asked how and she abruptly stated, it went back onto your card and said goodbye to dismiss me from the salon. I have never had quite a rude and shameful experience anywhere in Australia (or the world) in my life. I do not know if the business owner is aware of the way their clients are being treated but it's safe to say that im sure not going to be coming back for round 2 of such awful treatment, especially for my birthday. Invest in some people skills or do a job you actually enjoy instead of acting like the world owes you something. I had money to spend but I refuse to let it go to such a poor experience.

Absolutely loved my experience at Lady Lox! It’s a laid back salon without any fuss! All of the girls were super friendly and welcoming. I had my hair done by Abbi and to be honest I’ve never been happier with my hair! I came in with super dark regrowth and she was able to get the colour exactly the way I wanted! She is incredible! Not to mention the price was unbelievably reasonable! I will be back and telling my friends about the salon. Thank you so much Lady Lox❤️

I’ve been seeing Skye for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. The high standards of her services have continued through the development of her business. More recently, she was booked up and I desperately needed an apt with her, so she scheduled me in with another stylist (Abbie) at the salon and the results were at the same expectation and treatment provided by Skye. I also get my brows done by Fade Brow who also works from Lady Lox and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is amazing and everyone there is so wonderful!

I had a lovely experience at Ladylox! After being very disappointed in my hair journey previously (from a different salon) I went to them nervous but they LISTENED to what I was after and gave me just that. I left there feeling really happy with my hair and the colour and will definitely be back in the future!The ladies working were lovely.Great prices and they use lovely products on your hair too.
