Fantastic hair cut great attention to detail

I had my hair done by Lauren, the born blonde who rents a chair. I had an appointment scheduled but had to wait 1 hour before my appointment started. My hair was done in a waiting area without a station or ergonomic chair despite paying $470. I wasn’t happy at the end with the hair as the hairdresser didn’t do my foils properly and used the wrong toner, and made the back of my hair too dark despite asking for no root shadow as she used too much purple as well. When I tried reaching out, my questions got ignored and unanswered. When discussing the issue further, I got left on seen. I reached out to the salon owner only then did Lauren offer me a complementary face frame, but that didn’t seem worth it. I would instead share my experience. I wouldn’t recommend going please go to a salon that specialises in hair for this price.
