asked for a pixie cut and dye, I requested pink with a green streak but they didn't listen and I ended up with solid pink, was left waiting for quite a while, ended up looking like someone's grandma

Booked appointment based on advertised price. Once in the chair was then told it would be over $210 for a simple trim and colour. No wash, no styling, no blow dry, no treatments. Under $150 everywhere else. Immediately left to go elsewhere.

Alana is so unnecessarily rude. Went in a few months ago had an appointment told them the time. There was still was 10 minutes until it commenced. The girls at the counter rolled there eyes and said your going have to come back" so I simply left. Alana started washing my hair with cold water asked her if she could make it hot and said "sorry

Did a pretty bad job on my simple haircut. Not experienced with men. Didn't use a towel to clean off neck or face once completed even though they new I was going to work right after. Had to use my shirt to wipe all the hair off. Really unprofessional. I put my hat on as soon as I left. I'll fix it when I get home with my own clippers.
